The PRACTICE research group is distinguished by its multidisciplinary nature, integrating different fields of knowledge that enable the study of educational and social phenomena from a broad and complementary perspective. In this regard, the group's work is structured around several interrelated areas, including Vocational and Workforce Pedagogy, Community Development, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) applied to Education and Social Intervention, Equality, and policies and practices related to employment. This diversity of approaches fosters the generation of knowledge and the development of projects that examine education, social inclusion, and employability from a holistic perspective, incorporating insights and methodologies from different disciplinary fields.
